Within ten (10) days of purchase, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with an original packing slip may be returned for full refund or exchange.
We cannot accept returns from outside North America.
Use the Contact Us form to obtain an RMA number.
Return the item with the RMA to:

Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by cash or check must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
Refunds will be made within five (5) days in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to a different payment type.
Purchases made by check will be refunded by check.

Environment & Wildlife. Wildlife conservation, including imperiled and managed species, land acquisition and management to benefit people and wildlife.
Military Families. Tangible assistance to the active duty military families.
Outdoor Youth Education. Outdoor projects and programs that advance autonomy, character, and leadership in youth.
